At Lady Pennells Interiors we endeavour to help you every step of the way from point of contact to fitting day. This is the process we adhere to. We take great pride with our interior design advice & soft furnishing skills, always going the extra mile!
POINT OF CONTACT
We organise a convenient time to book a FREE consultation to discuss your specifications & measure up
DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit to cover any upfront costs. This doesn't include labour or fitting. We don't ask for the remaining balance until fitting day to be paid in full
QUOTE
We base our quotes on the measurements, design & labour including materials & production
FITTING SERVICE
We provide a fitting service with our expert fitter. This is optional but we strongly advise you use our professional
CHOOSE FABRIC
We guide you in the right direction using our expertise to find the perfect fabric for your interior. Always order samples, see and feel the fabric in person before making your final choice.
